Their lives in other people's hands

Nowadays, some instituations are just limited to give food or water for poor people while other instituations try to give more than this... For Example: give life projects and oportunities to make their lifes better.
But other people just want to make money with this people... For Example: organs trafic, human trafic and other atrocities.

unfortunately those are the cases in greater quantity..
everybody tries to make money for all the ways possible and those are just a few examples..
slavery are still happening in some african countries and lots of people dye every day because of over-working without a decent alimentation
it's complicate to stop this but if everybody gives a little help it will be realy easiest
